Every living thing goes through a semi regular period  of rest. No matter what the age or circumstance all humans need rest. A newborn grows more in the first three months than it does the rest of its life. The second most substantial growth period is from 0-3 yrs of age. It goes without saying that rest is imperative to the over health of a child that is growing at such a high rate.

So where does a new parent begin? It doesn't matter if this is their first child or tenth, balancing the many needs of a newborn can be quite a feat. Amber can help any parent achieve the balance between babies care and self care. By encouraging infants and guiding parents towards healthy eating and resting habits a daily rhythm can take form as early as 10 days post birth.  Amber provides a daily log where the family can watch babies natural rhythm be documented and no longer are babies needs unpredictable or intangible. Through gentle and clear communication Amber nudges baby towards longer stretches of sleep during the night and longer periods of awake time during the day.  Before you know it baby and Parents are both getting a good nights rest.
